Adult learnings styles (Activist, Pragmatist, Theorist, Reflector) are incorporated into the instructional design of materials and assessments, ensuring an improved transfer of learning as most adult possess only 1 dominant style, hence by combining all styles each adult learner achieves a transfer of learning.
All materials are developed in consultation with the workplace to ensure learner engagement and tailoring to the audience, matched to budget and time constraints.
